When I was five years old my parents were nominal Catholics who were invited to a Catholic home Bible study, which, unbeknownst to them, was a part of the charismatic renewal. There they gave their hearts to the Lord and soon after my Mom shared the Gospel with me instead of a bed time story. That night I asked Jesus into my heart. Eight years later, at a Jr. High winter retreat, I was confronted with my own sin and the fact that Jesus paid its penalty in full. That night I gave my life to serving God. Ever since, I’ve been an active member of my local church. Right now, we go to Mountain Springs where I’m always looking to see what God would have me do.
